Derik was so excited all morining long waiting for school. He kept asking me if he could have lunch so he could go to school. This was at 8:30 am, just after breakfast. Because I had told him after lunch he got to go to school. He road the bus (which was a highlight). When I asked him what he did . He said they made papers, watched a movie, and stuff. That was about all I could get out of him. But he went Happy and came home Happy. So it was a successful 1st day. I love the behind picture of him walking home from the bus. Little kids and big back packs.
